Purpose

Step 1: Explore Through Simulation
Use the WiseCare Companion chatbot to simulate common documentation problems. Try prompts such as:
- "Simulate a documentation error and help me correct it step-by-step."
- "What are typical problems with digital documentation and how can I resolve them?"
- "Give me a step-by-step approach to fixing real-time entry issues."
Document your conversation highlights and proposed solutions.
Step 2: Contribute to the Wiki
1. Scroll to the **Collaborative Troubleshooting Section** below. 2. Click **Edit** to add your contribution. 3. Include:
* A short title for the issue you explored * A 1–2 sentence description of the problem * Your proposed solution, drawn from your chatbot conversation * Optional: Any real-world context or notes from your practice
Step 3: Submit Evidence
Record your contribution by:
- Taking a screenshot of your chatbot conversation
- Linking or referencing your wiki edit
- Uploading both to your **Portfolio Document Companion (Google Form)**
