Digital Growth and Goal Setting

This page is your shared space to reflect on your professional digital growth goals and contribute ideas for ongoing development.

Purpose

  • Support each other by sharing general growth goals
  • Reflect on your learning across modules
  • Record practical steps you plan to take to strengthen your digital skills for long-term care settings

What to Post

  • A short summary (one to two sentences) describing a digital skill area you want to improve
 Example: I want to become more confident using secure messaging tools with families.  
  • Two to three personal growth goals in your own words
 Example: 1) Practice writing shift notes daily. 2) Ask my mentor to review my notes weekly. 3) Complete the privacy refresher training by next month.  
  • Key action steps that you feel comfortable sharing with peers

What NOT to Post

  • Do not share your exact GREX scores, screenshots or detailed survey results
  • Keep personal self-assessment data private. Add those details only to your Portfolio Document Companion
