Creating Ethical Digital Communication

 Rewrite the message using clear, factual, and respectful language. Remove any judgmental wording or unnecessary personal information.
  1. Add a Rationale
 Write 2 to 4 sentences explaining why you made these changes. Reference privacy requirements, professional communication standards, or relevant policies.
  1. Post Below
 Add your revised message and rationale to this page under your name or learner ID.
  1. Peer Review
 Read at least one other peer’s post. Leave constructive, respectful comments suggesting improvements or highlighting what was done well.
